Importing Canvas Courses

To import content into your "Master" Canvas course from your course template

1. Open your "Master" course (from Skyward)

2. Click on Settings in the course menu

3. Click the "Import Content into this Course" button on the right

4. From the Content Type drop down, click on "Copy a Canvas Course"

5. Select the course from the drop down list (or type the name of the course in the text box)

6. Select whether you want to copy all content, or if you want to only import pieces (i.e. certain Modules, Pages, or Assignments)

7. Click Import

You will see the import under the Current Jobs list, and the progress bar will let you know when the import is complete.
